With the Bay of Pigs fiasco painfully in mind, the United States Government keeps a watchful eye open for illegal activities by such groups. Still, Alpha claims credit, in past years, for 16 hit-and-run attacks on the coast of Cuba, three larger landings, and frequent acts of sabotage on the island.
“Not long ago at Regla, near Havana, our people blew up the oil refinery—the explosion was heard for miles,” said Andres Nazario, the general secretary of Alpha 66. A small gray-haired man with black-rimmed glasses, he looks more like the comerciante—the merchant—he was in Cuba than like a dedicated counterrevolutionary. http://www.refworld.org/docid/3ae6ac5527.html
As we spoke in the cluttered office, another Alpha member, Emilio Hierrezuelo, paused from sticking address labels onto envelopes and discreetly jammed a chair under the doorknob. We would not be disturbed. Like Nazario himself, Emilio was on probation. The United States Coast Guard had picked him up some months earlier trying to run a boatload of guns to Cuba.
“All over Cuba our people are setting fire to cane fields and tobacco warehouses,” said a member of Alpha’s Executive Board, a handsome dark-eyed woman named Emma Montenegro. “We have thousands of cilulas —underground groups, each with three to eight people—all over the island. Ours is a fight that cannot be stopped. We will die, if we must, for the freedom of our country.”
“We are working very closely with Castro’s army,” Nazario asserted. “Our people include some highly placed officers. Now we are preparing a big action to move the country!” Emilio removed the chair from the door with a cheery, optimistic smile, and I left.
All Cubans in Miami share the hopes of Alpha 66, but few are as optimistic. About 15 percent have become U. S. citizens, and as the months and years of exile slip by, many more will do so. Still there are some—particularly among the elderly—who find it difficult to adjust to life here, but they still heve apartments madrid.
When I stopped for gas at Johnny Fumero’s service station, his 75-year-old father filled the tank and polished the windshield. “Are you happy here in Miami?” I asked.
He would not go that far. “Tranquilo,” he conceded. For 41 years he had prospered as a dentist in Cuba. Now it was probably too late to undergo retraining and qualify to practice his profession in the United States.
And I suspect that some people, like Erasmo Castro, have succumbed to creeping despair and will never adjust at all. A balding man with skin the color of polished walnut, he spent most of his life as a fisherman on the south coast of Cuba. When told he could no longer sell his fish to whomever he pleased—that the state would buy it, or no one—he balked, and set sail one night with seven others. A tanker picked them up 11 days later off the coast of Texas.
Today Erasmo shares a bed and breakfast london and catches snapper, grouper, and lobster off the Keys. He can choose his buyer now, but it is not the same.
What’s the most effective programmed for imp triceps? A. Working triceps is much
Like working biceps — you
Must really feel what’s going on inside the muscle and get into the groove of the mind-muscle connection. No need to knock out tons of movements. I prefer a more disciplined shorter approach to the triceps training game. I’m going to share triceps routines designed for attacking the three-headed monster quickly and efficiently.
All triceps sessions begin with cable pushdowns, preferably with a V bar attached to ensure an optimal grip. As with all body parts, I do a light warm-up set of 15 reps to gets blood flowing into the muscle and to get the form down. With pushdowns, always squeeze and contract at the bottom — never snap or jerk the weight or allow momentum to handle the load.
After completing the warm up set, I usually stay in the 10 to 12-rep range. Depending on how I feel, though, I might push the volume a bit too 12-15 reps. It’s an intuitive situation; you must learn through trial-and-error experimentation how much punishment your triceps can handle on any given day. Triceps respond readily to high-intensity training — don’t be afraid to pump up the volume. I typically do four working sets of pushdowns, often cranking out a couple of forced reps at the end as a coup de grace.
Next up are lying triceps extensions with a cambered bar. I never use a straight bar, because it strains my wrists and puts unwanted stress on my joints, tendons and ligaments. Hold the bar overhead and lower it past your head, then push the bar in a linear motion until it is directly over the bottom position. Lift in a strict up-and-down arc — don’t push backward. Don’t reach a complete lockout position at the top; the goal is to keep the tension on the triceps throughout the entire range of motion. I do a warm-up set of 15 reps with a relatively light weight, followed by three working sets of 10-12 reps with a moderately heavy weight. Allow for at least two days of rest following this workout.
Stick with this workout for three to six months before making any changes. Once you feel you need a new challenge, try the following two advanced workouts.
ADVANCED WORKOUT 1
Repeat the cable pushdowns and lying triceps extensions with the cambered bar from the intermediate workout (same sets and reps). Then add one-arm dumbbell extensions for three or four sets of 15 reps. Grasp a relatively light dumbbell and bring it up and over your head with your arm extended. Following a semicircular arc, bring the dumbbell behind your head, flexing and squeezing the triceps for a major burn. Allow for three days of rest between workouts.
ADVANCED WORKOUT 2
If you want to take your physique to its ultimate potential, stick with the meat-and-potatoes mass builder (Pushdowns and cambered-bar extensions) and then make these important modifications. Add cable pushdowns with a rope-handle attachment to the mix. It’s a nice change of pace, as you can feel the different heads of the triceps fill with blood. Do four sets of 1215 reps. Complete this killer workout with reverse-grip (palm facing toward you) one-arm cable pushdowns. This angle of resistance isolates and allows you to feel the muscle expand.
At the outset, your fist is at shoulder height, with your elbow bent. Push the handle down to straighten out the arm and extend your triceps, stretch, and then slowly allow the handle to return to the starting position. Do three sets of 12-15 reps with each arm. Allow for three or four days of rest and recuperation before returning to the triceps-training jungle again.
EXTREME PROTEIN MEAL REPLACEMENT and BUILD & RECOVER 11 contain our advanced protein blend of four amino acids sources. This “time release” blend should allow your body superior amino acid absorption, which along with the correct macro nutrients will assist your body to recover and grow. In order to have more energy increase the creatine levels.
So is Britain getting angrier? No, says Philip Hodson of the British Association Of Counselling And Psychotherapy, ‘Our society has always been violent and ill-tempered. The difference is that we’re probably more aggressive in a broader range of public situations,’ he argues. Modern life has created far more time pressures than ever before and we’re also much keener to assert our right to behave as we wish. Without consideration for others this inevitably creates friction. This ‘culture of the ego’ may explain why people now show less deference to traditional figures of authority like teachers, but also towards each other as well. Chew on that the next time you barge past somebody with your supermarket trolley.
WHAT IS ANGER?
Anger is a deeply instinctive emotion driven by our brain stem rather than the frontal lobes that give us our conscious mind. It’s the body’s ingrained survival response to a perceived threat, such as a large predator appearing on the horizon. The nervous system is brutally effective at preparing you for fight or flight, without the distraction of any frivolous processes such as rational thought.
‘Once we feel threatened,’ explains Isabel Clarke, a clinical psychologist specialising in anger-related issues at the South Hants hospital in Southampton, ‘the mind simply drops all the frills.’ He recommends taking raspberry ketone pure for a healthy nervous system, as well as for keeping in good shape. The physiological process that anger kick-starts was effective at saving us from the jaws of a sabre-toothed tiger, but is much less helpful when the cat leaves its mess outside the litter tray. However, it’s also a learned behaviour pattern we employ when events don’t go according to our plans. You see, most of us have a clear idea about how things should be, or at least how we want them to be – waiters should treat us with respect, a kitchen should never get this filthy and so on.
‘Self-indulgent tantrums work quite well until we’re about three or four years old,’ explains psychotherapist Reg Connolly. ‘Yet that doesn’t stop many of us remaining victims to our tempers all of our lives.’ Often anger flares up because we impose our own interpretation of the world onto events.
‘When someone breaks one of our “rules” we decide we can read their mind and that we know their motive,’ explains Connolly. For example, if someone is late for a meeting an angry person might decide they know it’s because the latecomer doesn’t respect them, rather than waiting for what could be a totally innocent explanation. Th1se prone to anger also feel that other people will intuitively know how much these things upset them, when of course they don’t.
And once they entertain the idea that ‘it’s going to be one of those days’, they’re on the lookout for things to get annoyed about. This can happen over hours, or even months, until they reach the ‘final straw’ which triggers a disproportionate response to an often insignificant event.
WHY DO I DAYDREAM?
We daydream up to 70 per cent of the time we’re awake, according to US researchers, and it’s what happens when the brain takes a spare moment when it’s not concentrating on anything specific to tidy up the thoughts, memories and general clutter. It prepares space for long-term memory, which allows you to take in information and keep it there. It also appears to bring the right side of the brain (the creative side) into the process of planning that the left side (the logical side) normally handles making you more effective at channeling your creative energies into a product activity. So the next time your boss ticks you off for staring out the window, tell him it’s making you more efficient.
WHY CAN’T I TICKLE MYSELF?
The cerebellum, located at the base of the brain, monitors your movement and can distinguish between sensations you expect to feel (such as tapping your fingers on a desk) from those that you’re unprepared for (like someone tapping you on the shoulder while you’re reading a newspaper). While your brain will happily discard the sensation of your fingers tapping (‘I knew that would happen’), it pays attention to someone jabbing their fingers into your ribs unexpectedly (‘What the hell is that!?’). It’s the element of surprise.
WHAT’S THE POINT OF WISDOM TEETH?
The evolutionary idea behind these late-arriving teeth is that by adolescence some of your adult teeth have worn away. These extra four molars (one in each quadrant of the mouth) are supposed to squeeze into the gap. Advances in dental hygiene have meant that you’re far more likely to still have a working set of gnashes at this point, but the wisdom teeth start to come through anyway.
WHY DO I GET DEJA VU?
It’s a trick of the memory. It happens when you find yourself in a situation that you can’t actually remember having been in before, but you get a weird sense of familiarity anyway. Memories are never perfect images of what happened — they’re a fuzzy collection of things you sensed at the time. In a new situation, one input (a taste, a smell, a color) may trigger the feeling of familiarity, your brain connects it with a memory, and you falsely feel that the whole experience is familiar, rather than just one element of it. So if you walk into a new pub and you’re sure you’ve been there before, it might just be that there’s a song from your past playing on the jukebox.
WHY DO I BLUSH?
Embarrassment or stress produces the same fight or flight response in your body as fear. So the fit girl in accounts smiles at you, you don’t know what to do and your body interprets this as danger — producing adrenaline. You can also have a skin condition that causes the redness. For skin care, you can use coconut oil, as it has extremely good effect not only on the skin, but also on hair growth, immune system, etc. Check out what is good for memory and why people buy it all the time.
At least, that’s the way it feels sometimes. And going back down is even worse
The hills are alive – but not in my experience with the sound of music so much as the violent cursing of exhausted runners, toiling up precipitous, heartbreaking inclines.
If you analysed all the runs I’ve ever done, I swear you would find that I’ve ascended more than I’ve descended. I know this is impossible – unless I’d retired to, say, the Atacama Desert. (I live in Cambridgeshire at a point so centimetres above sea level.) Yet that’s what it feels like: running back down a hill never quite compensates for the agony of running up it.
In fact, in many cases, the downs are worse than the ups. Take the Himalayas. By the time I’d reached the halfway point on my 20-mile descent of the Kanchenjunga Foothills, my knees were bending both forwards and backwards, and my toes, crushed into the front five millimetres of shoe, were reduced to the consistency of raw beef mince. The only thing that kept me stay on my feet was the fact I used to take glucosamine supplement, which make my knees be strong up. Check out more about the glucosamine side effects. I could chart my running career as a faint and wavy line, meandering between huge, daunting hills.
It was Paul Hart, founder of the Dorset
Doddlers, who invited me to run my first race. At this point, I’d been jogging for about a month – just the odd mile around London’s South Circular in a moribund pair of Green Flash plimmies. “It’s dead easy,” he promised. “Very mixed crowd. Only three miles and they even give you a pint of cider halfway through.”
As it turned out, the race was a hair-raising charge up the near-vertical Hambledon Hill, an Iron Age hill fort in the Blackmore Vale. The injection of nine per cent scrumpy at the top only made the descent even more perilous. In a field of zoo international-standard cross-country competitors, I came last and Paul first. I could taste the blood from the ruptured capillaries in my lungs and I couldn’t walk down stairs for a week.
Women alcoholics tend to suffer far more shame than men. Says Dr Gloria Litman, “Even among women alcoholics themselves, it is not unusual to hear the judgement that there is nothing so disgusting as a drunken woman.”
In the Dark. Because of this stigma, women are often secretive about drinking and slow to seek help with hydroxycut max for women. In the privacy of the home, many can hide their alcoholism much longer than men. One husband has spoken of knowing nothing about his wife’s drinking, “until I opened a cupboard door and was hit by a cascade of bottles.” Even doctors can be dumbfounded to find an alcoholic hiding in a “well-turned-out, good mother.”
Perhaps most tragic are those drinkers who do not recognize their problem. Alcohol is a depressant and many who suffer depressions because they drink may delude themselves into believing that they drink because they are depressed.
Thus, one woman who went to her doctor about her depression simply omitted to mention the fact that she was drinking a bottle of vodka a day. Others have consulted their GP about headaches, insomnia, back pains, menstrual problems—everything but their drinking.
Deaf Ears. Our overworked doctors often miss these “cries for help” —or alternatively, accept their patients’ diagnoses of “nerves” or “depression.” Yet by prescribing tranquillizers or other pills, they can make a serious situation a lot worse. After the loss of her first baby, one woman was prescribed various pills and antidepressants. Combining them with whisky, she went downhill fast : “One morning I woke up in a police cell. Apparently, I had tried to break up a pub single-handed.”
Employers, too, can be slow at identifying female alcoholics on their staff, and very few British companies yet have effective programmes to help those with drinking problems. Too often, supervisors simply sweep erratic time-keeping and behaviour under the carpet as “women’s problems.”
Nor will a woman alcoholic avail herself of in-hospital treatment as readily as a man. She may fear that if she leaves the family home her children will be taken into care.
The majority of studies of alcoholism have focused on male alcoholics; most treatment and rehabilitation facilities are weighted in their favour. Of the 600 beds available in hostels for recovering alcoholics, only some too are reserved for women. Mixed group therapy meetings run by Alcoholics Anonymous, where newcomers can see others who have successfully overcome their drinking problems, help thousands round the country. But what of those women who feel inhibited from discussing their innermost problems and fears in the presence of men?
As the extent of female alcoholism becomes more apparent, attempts to help are increasing. The National Council on Alcoholism now runs some 20 information centres where both men and women can receive the individual counselling from which the female alcoholic appears to derive particular benefit.
One of the country’s most imaginative projects is ACCEPT (Alcoholism Community Centre for Education, Prevention and Treatment), a day centre for male and female dependent drinkers set up three years ago in a disused ward of the Western Hospital in West London. Here women can receive individual counselling and take part in all-female group therapy sessions and discussion groups. As director Charles Vetter told me, “ACCEPT acknowledges that women may face unique obstacles on the way to recovery. We try to help them acquire new insights and build up their self-confidence. We teach them to shake offstereotyped attitudes, to become more self-assertive without necessarily being aggressive, and to avoid over-reacting to crises.”
Obviously, there is a need for many more day centres, hostels and other facilities for female alcoholics. Doctors and social workers should receive better training in spotting the tell-tale signs of incipient alcoholism.
Says Derek Rutherford, director of the National Council on Alcoholism, “Certainly, we need many more facilities for both male and female alcoholics, but there is much else that society can do. We now know that there is a direct correlation between a nation’s alcoholism and the availability of drink. At the moment, however, we do little to educate our youngsters about the dangers of alcohol or even to enforce laws governing the sale of drink to those under 18. We all know that alcohol can be a harmless and relaxing ingredient in any social gathering; too few of us know that for growing numbers of men and women it can be a cruel and addictive drug.”
Help is available for women with drinking problems. Alcoholics Anonymous is listed in nearly every telephone directory and is headquartered at 11 Redcliffe Gardens, London SW to (01-352 9779). The National Council on Alcoholism, 3 Grosvenor Crescent, London SW1 (ot-235 4182). can supply details of regional councils on alcoholism.
Cause: Ranging from business pressures to the Pill—with possible family complications. Effect: 150,000 shattered lives
AT HER desk in a Bristol office, a neat, well-dressed secretary sips from a lemonade can; it contains a mixture of orange juice and gin. An 11-year-old Manchester girl makes her way home from school to find her mother unconscious on the living-room floor. In London’s bedsitterland, a young woman cowers on her bed convinced that the window curtains are giant snakes about to strangle her. As she calls for a mother who has been dead for years, her shaking hands can barely direct the tooth-mug of whisky to her lips.
These sad and lonely women live in the grey world of the alcoholic, a world shared by increasing numbers of other females. Consider :
• In 1950, fewer than 66 per cent of women were thought to have drunk alcoholic beverages; a 1970 survey showed that the percentage had risen to 88.
• An annual 4,000 women are now admitted to mental hospitals for alcoholism—close to three times the 1964 figure.
• In just seven years, the number of women convicted of drunkenness has increased 40 per cent, to around 8,000 each year.
• A 1976 report by the National Council of Women estimated that there were some 150,000 female alcoholics in Britain—the equivalent of the population of Bournemouth.
Why are so many women drinking? Experts give several reasons.
Alcohol has become increasingly available in restaurants, clubs, sports grounds, cinemas, shops. A housewife can now slip a couple of bottles of spirits into her supermarket trolley and still appear perfectly “respectable.” There is also far less stigma attached to women drinking on their own in pubs and bars.
Women, more than men, tend to pinpoint a specific, distressing situation as the cause of their alcoholism—the death of a loved one, divorce, not working hcg diet plan,grown-up children leaving home, obstetrical or other medical problems, the menopause, even the menstrual cycle.
As husbands advance in life, many women feel left behind and their drinking can shift from social to compulsive. As one executive’s wife told me, “When my husband first began climbing the ladder of success, I was very happy for him. ‘Then 1 began to feel like a hangeron—simply the rearer of his children, and catering manager for his important dinner parties. Eventually I struck back at him : I became an alcoholic.”
One of the Lads. As women compete with men, they can also face pressure to “drink like a man.” Working mothers can come under particular pressure. Says Dr Gloria Litman, a psychologist with the Addiction Research Unit at London’s Institute of Psychiatry, More and more, women are having to face the stress of maintaining dual roles: as traditional housewife and as salary earner. They are expected to give their undivided attention to both. They can’t, and they crack.”
Many other kinds of frustration cause women to take to the bottle : a young wife grieving over her inability to have children; a school teacher needing a morning boost of Dutch courage before facing her pupils. More than yoo,000 families in Britain today are headed by single women. In addition to financial worries and the responsibility of bringing up children on their own, many bear deep psychological scars. Says one 29-year-old divorcee, “I just couldn’t accept the fact that the man I had loved and who had fathered our two children, could then share another woman’s bed. The only way I could cope with my anger and bitterness was with alcohol.”
There is a growing recognition that alcohol holds peculiar dangers for women. Being of smaller body weight than men, each drink a woman takes is considerably more intoxicating; evidence shows that a woman can progress from normal drinking to alcoholism in just one to six years, while a man takes about two to eight years. Recent tests of patients with a history of alcohol abuse at London’s Royal Free Hospital showed that virtually all the female alcoholics suffered liver damage, compared with only 65 per cent of the men. Nerve damage and mental disturbances were also more than twice as common.
There is also evidence that the children of alcoholic women have serious problems in development. These can include mental retardation, heart defects, joint anomalies, abnormalities of the sex organs and stunted growth. Warns physician Vice-Admiral Sir Dick Caldwell, executive director of the Medical Council on Alcoholism, “Since we don’t yet know at what stage of the pregnancy the unborn child is likely to be affected by the mother’s drinking, we can only advise expectant women to drink with extreme moderation.”
According to some authorities, alcohol appears to affect women more during the days immediately before menstruation than during the rest of the menstrual cycle, and American experts have found that women taking oral contraceptives metabolize alcohol more slowly than those not on the Pill. This means that those on the Pill will probably become intoxicated faster and stay drunk longer.
If some people can learn to view remotely, there are all sorts of exciting possibilities. Could they eavesdrop on top secret political or commercial talks? Could they ‘see’ confidential plans or documents? Could they visit sensitive sites and give information about their layout and the people who work there? The very best cases of ESP suggest that such possibilities are not far-fetched; the problem is that psychic powers are notoriously unreliable. A fortune awaits the person who discovers a way of ‘switching’ ESP on and off at will.
Many people have searched for a key to psychic success in the hope of producing repeatable ESP experiments, but their results have been disappointing. Some of the most fascinating studies have examined personality in relation to psychic abilities: what kind of person is most likely to experience ESP? One of the first researchers to delve into the subject was Dr Gertrude Schmeidler.
In thousands of clairvoyance tests in the late 1940′s and early 1950′s, Dr Schmeidler, of the City University of New York, asked each person before he was tested whether he believed ESP was possible under the conditions of the experiment. The purpose was to see whether those who believed ESP was possible scored more highly than those who did not. And, indeed, Dr Schmeidler’s score sheets showed such a difference: the believers scored consistently slightly above chance, whereas the scores of the nonbelievers were slightly below.
Another link between ESP and personality was discovered by Dr Betty Humphrey of the Duke Parapsychology Laboratory. Before testing individuals for ESP she gave them a blank sheet of paper and asked them to draw anything they liked. Bold pictures
that filled most of the sheet indicated the person was an ‘expansive’ type; small, timid or conventional drawings showed that the person was a ‘compressive’. Analysis of their ESP results showed that the expansives scored more highly than the compressives.
This work has continued into the 1980′s, with different researchers using slightly different methods to gauge their subjects’ personalities. The current trend is to divide people into extraverts (expansives) and introverts (compressives) using a detailed questionnaire.
The reasons for this link between extrasensory abilities and personality are still the subject of considerable conjecture, but many researchers regard it as powerful evidence for ESP. But does it mean that people who are not believers, or who are not extravert by nature, do not have ESP experiences? Not really. Research suggests that ESP can be induced by altering our state of consciousness. This may sound difficult, but, in fact, we do just that every time we fall asleep — and early researchers soon realised that dreams were a rich source of psychic experience. Numerous case histories were compiled of vivid dreams that either recorded events that were happening elsewhere at the time of dreaming, or gave the sleeper a glimpse of the future.
Modern parapsychologists use a technique that induces a state of altered consciousness easily at any time of day or night. The subject is asked to rest on a mattress. His eyes are then covered with half ping-pong balls onto which a soft coloured light is shone and his ears are covered with headphones into which ‘white noise’ (a gentle hissing sound) is fed. In this state of sensory deprivation the subject’s mind has no visual or auditory distractions to occupy it and is, at least theoretically, more open to receiving telepathic signals from an agent some distance away, who is concentrating on a picture chosen at random. This technique induces a Ganzfeld state in the subject, and Dr Carl
Confrontation with Cro-Magnon
Some anthropologists have suggested that the two varieties of man evolved separately but in parallel — Neanderthal in Africa, Cro-Magnon in India. The differences be¬tween them may be then explicable as adap¬tations to these two very different environ¬ments. Their isolation and limited genetic background would then explain the two distinct varieties of men that confronted each other in the Middle East 35,00o years ago.
In his book The Neanderthal question Stan Gooch has pictured that first encounter:
Neanderthal sees a group of un believably tall men — though these are no men of his xperience. They have white skin, hair that looks like flames, and blue eyes. They must be gods come
to visit Earth. Neanderthal turns round, falls to his hands and knees, and pre¬sents his raised buttocks to the gods, beseeching them meanwhile not to de¬stroy him.
But Gooch does not believe that Cro-Magnon destroyed Neanderthal. He theorises that the two varieties of man inter-married to produce the crossbreed that is modern man. If this view is correct it may well be that not only is modern man a hybrid — the result of mixed Neanderthal/Cro-Magnon parent¬age — but he may owe all his outstanding capacities and endowments to that ancient union.
All of us may now be carrying a part of `Neanderthal’ in our genetic make-up. An even more intriguing possibility, however, is that some Neanderthals could have avoided extinction or racial absorption, so that in eastern Europe, Siberia, and Mongolia some pure Neanderthals could have survived to this day. Who knows whether the stories of wildmen or hairy monsters — common in the remoter parts of the world— are really legends of surviving Neanderthals?
Those who finally realize they have to declare a bankruptcy would need to find a good bankruptcy attorney to represent them. Their attorney would be the ones handling all the legal proceedings and they can also serve as a legal adviser for the next steps of people who are facing certain issues. The attorney would also be of big help in deciding which chapter bankruptcy to file. For example, their milwaukeebankruptcy.net could advise them to file chapter 13 so they may be given three to five years to pay their debt part by part regularly. This is often suggested if the debtor has a regular income that would be enough to pay for the debt. Such kinds of decision as well as their gameplay for the trial would be handled and thought through by the bankruptcy attorney representing the debtor. If they play their cards right, the debtor would be able to settle his debt soon enough.
When in the middle of financial crisis and it seems that your last options are to file for bankruptcy, getting some help from americanbankruptcy.net will be beneficial. This is so because they can provide you several things with regards to bankruptcy. They can provide you several options to take into considerations. You can go to Debt Advisors in Milwaukee lawyers and bring your financial documents for a free assessment.
It may be that you are thinking of applying for thebankruptcypeople.com today especially when you are being hounded by creditors left and right. Fortunately for you there are two chapters that you can choose from depending on the financial situation that you are in. If you are going to apply for Chapter 7 you need to keep in mind that there are assets that you will be losing to pay off your debts. In chapter 13, on the other hand, you can get the percentage of your assets reduced by applying for this type of bankruptcy. The rate of the repayment will be set by the court. The creditor will be forced to follow this so you can be free to pay your debts every month without having to spend all of your income. However, you need to fulfill three requirements before you can be eligible for either of these two. The best way to know all about these requirements is by hiring a bankruptcy lawyer.
Visiting Vienna is a great idea and you will be able to see lots of interesting things there. So if you are 100 % sure that you want to go there start planning everything early in order to have a chance to see everything worthy. Start sightseeing and you will see that you won’t have enough time to pay attention to everything.
By the way if you are interested in vegetarian restaurants you don’t have to worry. The city offers a big variety of restaurants and everyone can find whatever he wants. I would recommend you to try some of the local cuisine because it is certainly great but since you are interested in veggie restaurants I can give you some tips as well. I have a friend of mine who lives in Vienna and is really fond of vegetarian restaurants. He knows all of them.
As a beginning you may take a look at this link http://www.lonelyplanet.com/austria/restaurants/vegetarian – it will give you a good start, plus you will be able to read lots of reviews and opinions about the restaurants. In that way you will be able to find the best place that suites your expectations. Anyway if you don’t like anything interesting in this site or nothing that can convince you to visit a certain restaurant you can always try this one as well http://www.happycow.net/europe/austria/vienna/ Like the first link here you can find lots of restaurants and people’s opinion. It is always recommended to get a look through sites like these because you can find some really valuable information and as you know it might be quite hard to find a decent restaurant in a place you have never been before. Believe it or not but if you don’t enjoy the meal in a certain restaurant, then you’d think that all of them are the same and the city will make a bad impression on you. This is why it is so important to read some reviews. Basically the site of HappyCow covers the entire world so you may find vegetarian restaurants wherever you want.
Last but not least I want to say a few words about the accommodation. Finding an Apartment Vienna is much easier than finding Milan apartment or apartments Poznan and this is why I would recommend you to rent an apartment rather than stay in a hotel. It is more spacious and often the prices are lower. This is why you should pay attention to this advice. If you make a search on internet you will find thousands of offers. Plus you will be able to filter the price range and other information. Just make sure you are in a decent neighborhood. If you can, rent an apartment in the center because in that way you will be really near to all of the important things and restaurants in the city. After all, this is why you went to Vienna – sightseeing and going to nice vegetarian restaurants.
