Sautéing

One of the basic things to learn in cooking is sautéing. This involves the use of a skillet at a high temperature. Cooking oil is used minimally with meats and vegetables easily and quickly prepared. The food’s natural flavors are preserved while cooking if the sauté method is utilized. Different flavors in the dish can be created by simple addition of herbs and spices.
Searing

Meat is seared before being cooked has a purpose of sealing the meat’s outer edges on all sides in order to keep the meat’s flavorful juiced inside while the meat is roasted or baked. The meat is browned at all sides through the use of a hot skillet and a minimal amount of oil. This process cauterizes the meat and the natural flavors are sealed inside. Various kinds of meat such as pork, beef, venison, and chicken can be seared. The meat is ensured to be tasty and moist if cooked properly.
Roasting

Roasting is usually done to meat after it is seared. The oven is usually used to roast and the meat’s size and the kind of meat are the factors that determine whether it takes a long time to bake. A perfectly main dish that is finished is produced when cook time is slower. This process makes the meat moist and delicious. The meat will be kept moist if a very heavy roasting pan is used especially from cast iron. Several vegetables can be added when roasting meats and these can be cooked all together. The juices are absorbed by the soaked vegetables that give these a very meaty flavor.
